The team is headed by Mrs. Merin Thomas, our administrator. Various wings and the leaders are: Registration and Billing: Mr. Manish Vishwakarma & Mr. Nothaniel Mishra
Finance Department: Mr. Sundar Malto
Housekeeping and laundry: Mr. Joel Murmu and Mr. Titus Shrestha

We serve in one of the most backward districts of India therefore, pricing is done considering the paying capacity of the community rather actual cost. Even so, there are people who cannot afford basic care and these patients receive charity even on our small bills. In the year 2021-22 we gave charity of Rs. 63 Lakhs to those who needed it. We got empaneled with Ayushman Bharath (PMJAY scheme) for General Medicine and Surgery. A public address system, air-conditioning and cellular payment via a QR payment facility along with other payment modes are available.

NABH and HICC

We are NABH Accredited (entry level) and have conducted many trainings for our staff on Vision and Mission of the MCH, Scope of Services, Fire and Non-Fire Emergencies, Color Codes, Hospital Policies, Infection Control protocols, Occupational Hazards, CPR, Patient rights and responsibilities etc. We have “Department Quality Coordinators” who will coordinate the work towards achieving NABH standards for their department.

HICC (Hospital Infection Control committee) team includes a microbiologist, doctor and HICC nurses who are responsible for infection control practices. They monitor and supervise CSSD, general housekeeping, patient care and other disinfection protocols. To ensure a safe and aseptic environment and reduce the rates of infection within the wards, ICU and operation theatres

Engineering Services

Engineering and maintenance are headed by Mr. Raphael Ratnasingh. The Hospital Management System (HMS) helps with patient management for the hospital as well as the community (though use of tablets)

Newly installed machines include RO water plant for the new dialysis machine, Laparoscopic stack, 30kg industrial washing machine and a dryer. Generators and equipment installation, maintenance and calibration are carried out regularly.
