Our not-for-profit hospital attends to a variety of health care needs and our Community Department has wide-ranging work in varied areas like trafficking, livelihood support, children at risk and disaster management. In addition we have a village health clinic network that takes healthcare to mahadalit communities throughout the district. Our SRISHTI Community College provides skill training for impoverished youth who cannot find jobs or pursue higher education due to lack of school-leaving certificates. Our campus Children’s Academy and village non-formal schools provide high-quality education to children. Our RCTC farms utilize our small, though pristine campus for organic farming and animal husbandry. We are a member of the Emmanuel Hospital Association, a fellowship for transformation through caring.

The team at MCH consists of 132 staff and their families from various places and backgrounds. More than 20 states of India are represented among our staff, providing a cosmopolitan and open atmosphere. The joy of interacting on an even keel with people from various castes, faith backgrounds and cultures is something that we cherish.
MCH is running a residential NEET training program for Junior Medical Officers in partnership with Evangelical Medical Fellowship of India (EMFI). It is called JMO Education, Empowering with Values and NEET Training or JEEVAN - training for Life. It includes clinical experience for 4 hours a day, 2 lectures every day, a daily test and time for structured self-study, group study, discussion and fellowship. It is open to young doctors who are interested in joining NEET coaching while learning the skills of clinical medicine at the same time. In addition to the academic atmosphere, they will be exposed to a warm and nurturing community which will given them encouragement and support and will inculcate values and vision for the future.
